Conference Online is proud to announce the release of an online, user friendly design tool for creating name badges for your event.

The Name Badges Online tool is available to all organisers within their conference, in a 3 step process:

  1. Create:

    Choose the size you require (see examples of choices at right) and enter the layout editor.
    Use your own colours, logos and text - includes code for registrants first name, last name and company (this is pulled from the database when merging with the registrant categories).
    The easy to use interface means you don't have to be a graphic designer to put together a masterpiece. Buttons automatically create blocks of text, and a property inspector can edit the font face, size, style, alignment and colour as well as the background colour and/or images.
    The editor allows you to save and preview your design as many times as you like until you are happy with the layout and ready to move on to the next step.

    If you don't wish to create the badge yourself please simple send through your logos and we will design it for you and send design back to you for approval (no additional fee)


  1. Merge:

    Choose any or all of your registration categories and run a search to check the names are correct.
    At this stage you can even exclude any of the registrants by simply 'un-clicking' their names from the list, you can also add any number of blank badges (ie. no name etc. but still the background design) and choose to display the registrant names or company name into UPPER CASE (often required due to registrants not typing their details consistently).
  2. Preview and Authorise:

    View a scaled down version of the merged name badges (its worth checking that no long names have pushed out of their space) and if all is fine "Authorise" to notify Conference Online you're ready to print!

What We Provide (The Final Product)

Once the authorisation comes through to Conference Online an email has also been sent to our professional printers with a link to the PDF directly from our site. The printed name badges are then delivered to you already in their wallets, with lanyards attached and in alphabetical order.
